At noontime on 30th and 31st May, Anqing Foreign Language School’s Senior High Department convened the post-exam class situation analysis meeting as scheduled. Also, discipline teachers from Class 5, Grade 10 and Class 5, Grade 11 were invited to the meeting, which was chaired by leaders with the Senior High Department. Everyone carried through analysis in terms of the problems and conditions in each class. The common issue raised by the teachers could be explained as follows: there were too many underachievers in each class who were lack of learning motivation and objectives, did not have a proper attitude and had a great many deficiencies in listening to the teachers and finishing homework. Therefore, teachers all agreed that they should attach great importance to the basics, reduce the degree of difficulty, scientifically and reasonably assign homework in each subject to arouse students’ learning interest to the utmost extent. In the meantime, teachers were supposed to enhance target education, encourage students to take the course of art exams, change attitude and strive hard to stimulate students’ learning initiative.
